INFLADECK airbags, the new and improved version of EXPLODECK, provides users with a blast hole plug that inflates consistently while lowered down production blast holes to a pre-determined depth, where it fully inflates to form a plug for stemming, mid-column and over-drill loading applications.

To prevent quality issues surrounding other known brands, INFLADECK is manufactured using quality materials that are assembled to ISO9001:2008 and Responsible Care environmental standards. The INFLADECK aerosol propellant is classified non-flammable by UN requirements and is environmentally friendly, unlike refrigerant type gases that release powerful greenhouse gas when exposed to heat, such as found in blasting.

Bag sizes have been calculated to reduce stock holding to the minimum for operations that use various size blast holes, while remaining effective in heavy deck loading applications.
